An Italian food classic; some say it originated in Tuscany. This is quite possibly true since the standard recipe uses cannellini beans, widely consumed throughout Tuscany.

Red onions, celery, cannelloni beans, imported tuna, capers, fresh parsley, and rainbow peppers over a bed of fresh arugula drizzled with olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
